Progress at Wallcliffe House

2025 was a milestone year for Wallcliffe House. After many years of intensive preparation, the physical transformation of the property finally began.  2026 has started at pace, with work continuing steadily and construction progressing as planned. 

This early phase is centred on essential enabling works that lay the foundations for the exciting visible transformation to follow.  Behind the scenes, our builders, engineers and specialist consultants carry on the patient, detailed work that forms the backbone of this multi-year project. The preparation for future building phases is well underway.  We still have a long way to go, but the transition from theory to reality is energising for everyone involved and we are grateful to our whole team for their extraordinary efforts.

We also wish to extend our sincere thanks to the local community for their patience during the recent enabling works along Wallcliffe Road.
